Staff: Please note that Sarah Le Brun is now available for evening appointments. For those of you who have not already met Sarah, she has been with us now for just over seven years and now works as my assistant, running the office when I’m not around. She has a good accounting background and broad tax knowledge, being AAT qualified, and will be available to see clients during the normal working day and in the evening by appointment.
Offer 1: With inflation currently at 5.3% (RPI), we now offer you the opportunity to fix your fees at the current rate for a similar amount of work for up to three years. All fees must be received in advance of the work being carried out and can be paid monthly in advance to spread your costs.
Offer 2: For a fixed fee, we can offer unlimited telephone support for your tax and accounts queries. This means that you can call on us (subject to the following *) and you will not be charged for the time or advice. *If the issues raised at any of the unlimited consultations described above require research an analysis beyond the consultation, we will provide a fixed price quotation before any addition work is undertaken.
Offer 3: I have always appreciated that many of our clients recommend friends/family and colleagues to us. Anyone recommending three new customer leads to us by 30 April 2012, resulting in those recommendations becoming fee-paying clients, will receive a percentage of those fees, up to a maximum of £500, off their 2011/12 fees.
